  Buckeye Health Plan (Ohio Medicaid) accepted effective 11/1/2025

  Aetna Commercial accepted effective 10/16/2025

  We are actively contracting with multiple insurance companies and will be adding more options soon.

• Current Options

  • If your insurance plan is not yet accepted, you may still be seen as an out-of-network patient.

  • We offer superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

• Private Pay
  Affordable self-pay options are also available for those without insurance or who prefer not to use it.
